Look at a list of the wealthiest people in the world and you will most certainly find that they are business owners. In 2014, minority-owned businesses averaged $67,800 in revenue; by 2019 the average had dropped to $65,800, a decline of 3%.
The minority businesses that beat these trends all seem to have one thing in common and that’s finding ways to close major contracts more often. One way to fast-track opportunities for large contracts is registering your business as “minority” owned.
