For Sabine Dieme-Erlich, founder of Pathways To Power, winning the Flourish Media Small Business Grant in 2025 marked a defining moment in her mission-driven journey.

Finding Her Tribe
Sabine first connected with Flourish Media at an open house event in early 2024, and she knew immediately it wasn’t just another networking opportunity.
“The energy in the room, the transparency around funding, and the genuine encouragement from other women entrepreneurs showed me that this was a movement,” she recalls.
“I knew I wanted to be part of this tribe.”
Pushing Through Doubt

A full-scale multimedia advocacy platform through Lights, Camera, Action for Change.
Sabine and her team are currently developing a docuseries and short film centered on survivor experiences and systemic change in the entertainment industry.
“We’re also launching quarterly workshops in partnership with local talent and modeling agencies,” she adds.
These workshops will empower aspiring creatives and students with the tools to pursue their dreams - safely, ethically, and boldly.
A Voice for Change
Through her podcast, Pathways to Power, Sabine is uplifting survivor stories and educating the public on trauma, healing, and transformation.
She’s not just building awareness, she’s building a movement.
“My goal is to ensure that safety and dignity are never negotiable in the pursuit of success,” she says.
Tapping Into the Community
Sabine has already begun using the Flourish Media Facebook Group to spread the word about her events and initiatives. She recently shared an event hosted on April 13 and continues to use the space to connect with other changemakers.
